Only what you send us. If you use the contact form, we receive your name, your email address, the name of your school or organisation if you give it, and your message. If you email us directly we receive whatever is in that email.
This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. We do not know who visits it.
To answer you, and to carry out any work you go on to ask us for. We do not use your details for anything else and we do not send marketing to people who contacted us with a question.
Two companies handle the mechanics. Bird delivers the message from the contact form to our inbox. Google Workspace hosts that inbox. Neither uses your message for their own purposes. We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone else.
Enquiries that do not lead to work are deleted within twelve months. Correspondence relating to work we carried out is kept for seven years, which is the period our records need to cover.
Write to us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union you have these rights under data protection law, and we apply the same approach to everyone regardless of where they are.
Our Bewegungs 1x1 booklets are sold through a separate shop with its own checkout and its own privacy terms. Orders placed there are not covered by this page.
